Uneven Experience. Room Issues Noted
faulty socketdirty mirrors
The bathroom door didn't shut properly. It banged loudly unless I propped a towel against it. The cleanliness was questionable, with dirty sheets and mirrors. I found there weren't enough outlets for charging devices. One lamp socket was faulty. The light flickered unless I adjusted it precisely. This was annoying!

The room was quite big (i was pleased with the space).
The rooftop was closed to guests since 2019. This was not communicated before my arrival. This really dampened my stay.

the room was spacious and very clean i found the balcony offered a really nice view. the front desk was quick i found them detailed informative and friendly. pre-checking in was easy and fast i spent less than 3 minutes at the counter. i was offered late checkout
the heater made noise at night it bothered me a little bit
